Experience & Qualifications

Maxim Williams (Max) is co-founder and organizational consultant of Innovation Consulting Group. He is also Vice President and Consultant for Telios Corporation, a firm dedicated to evoking excellence in others (www.telioscorp.com).
Max is native to Toronto Canada but currently resides in San Diego, California. Max holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Anxiety and Stress Management, and a minor in Spanish from Maryville College at Maryville Tennessee. He holds a Masters Degree in Consulting Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, doing work and being trained in the areas of Work Motivation, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Diversity within Organizations, and Emotional Intelligence. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Alliant International University San Diego.
Max specializes in dispute resolution as a trained mediator, group dynamics and team-building, individual and executive coaching, and leveraging diversity and inclusion for organizational effectiveness. Max has served organizations internally and externally ranging from not-for profit agencies, government agencies, and Fortune 500 organizations in the areas of aerospace, banking, and communications technology. Max has most recently served Nokia Mobile Phones Research & Development, Cox Communications, and Alliant International University in the areas of team-building, focus group facilitation, dispute resolution training, individual and management coaching, work/life balance coaching, and the facilitation of a retreat on issues of power and privilege within organizations.
Max can work with you one on one using his professional training and experience to help you untap your hidden potential in your personal and work life. He is trained to coach others to become forward thinking, goal oriented, and "out of the box."
