I have been a board certified Physician Assistant since 1988 (specializing in Primary Care/ Internal Medicine)and a Clinical Coordinator for Touro Manhattan PA Program since 2002. I also teach multiple classes for the program and am a core faculty member. In addition, I am also a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator since 1992 and have previously been a facilitator for a Postpartum Depression support group.

Experience & Qualifications

I am a Clinical Coordinator for Touro Manhattan PA Program and also an advisor and mentor to the students. I teach multiple classes such as Rheumatology, SOAP notes, Correlative Medicine, Procedures, and Physical Diagnosis Lab. I serve as a member of the Admissions Committee and as a member of the core faculty working to continually update and improve the curriculum. Recently, I received a Master's degree in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies with a concentration in Education (especially adult learning) and Leadership. I also maintain certification as a Childbirth Educator and serve as a volunteer for the Postpartum Resource Center of New York.
