I have a minor in German from UNCW. I would have received a major, but it was not available at the school at that time. But I took several courses that would have qualified for a B.A. in German.

The service I would like to provide is translation from English into German and German into English. Over the years I have done several different kinds of translations including law documents, personal letters, family histories etc.

Experience & Qualifications

A few years ago I was contacted by a law firm here in Wilmington, North Carolina to translate a 17 page law document the company was using for a case. I have also translated personal letters. One of the most interesting tasks I had was about a year ago when I translated a 17 page family history that was written in Old German from the 19th century.
