My name is Matthew Stapley and I am a holistic wellness expert. I have studied a type of healing known as Transdimensional Holistic Therapy. I am a spiritual trauma expert who works with people to overcome the symptoms of trauma using their own tools natural healing. I do not prescribe herbs, supplements or medication but I do help you to live a life free of the symptoms of trauma.
We all have things in life which cause a traumatic response in us and through coaching we have the ability to heal.
