You need a Medication Check-up if you:

Most people take multiple medications from multiple doctors. Many times additional medications are added to treat symptoms that may be caused by one or more of your current medications. Or maybe you have a loved one in a nursing home or assisted living facility and have noticed changes in their behavior or an increase in the number of medications they are taking. A medication check-up is the answer!

As a licensed Consultant Pharmacist, I have been trained to help you explore various options to optimize medication therapy. At the end of our consultation, we will have a medication plan that would be discussed with your doctors for the best possible outcome.
