I have Masters in Science ( MSC ) in Organic chemistry from Leading university in india. I have Teaching experience of about 3 years and have worked in Drug Discovery database development for a US firm for a period of more than 3 years Now.
I specialize in :
A) Abstraction (data mining) of chemical and biological information from scientific literature(journals & patents).
B) Creation of virtual chemical libraries through computational techniques using combinatorial chemistry and capturing SAR data to build sophisticated QSAR models.
C)Evaluation of chemical structures in terms of nomenclature system.
D) Generation of chemical structures from chemical names along with stereo descriptors.
