I have worked over 13 years in the entertainment and non-profit industries. I specialize in marketing, publicity and events. My work has won local and regional awards.
I have worked on marketing plans and campaigns for multiple indie artists. I often help the artist use marketing and/or PR to achieve the awareness, sales or opportunity needed to "make it" to the next level.
For example, I have worked with numerous artists on their pitches, including as a Guest Speaker at Full Sail University. For the artists to pitch their work, I single-handedly achieved meetings, readings and screenings with HBO, Oxygen, Lifetime, Women’s Entertainment (WE), Miramax (the old Miramax), New Line Cinema and more.
My marketing expertise lies in brand marketing, online marketing and grassroots marketing (-perfect for independent artists).
I also managed the marketing of and the film programming of non-Disney films at Disney Institute, part of Walt Disney World, Resort in Florida.
