Attorney Mesinschi directs the Mesinschi Law Offices Corporate Support Practice Group (CSG). Building upon the extensive contract, negotiation and business development experience of Attorney Mesinschi as Corporate Counsel in a variety of industries, including automotive, high-tech, construction and retail sales, the Mesinschi Law Offices’ Corporate Support Group (CSG) works closely with our Corporate Support clients to reduce operating expenses and liability by providing a unique alternative to traditional in-house legal departments.
Many small - to - medium-sized businesses in the United States and Canada face a similar dilemma: how to balance short-term budget constraints and the need for on-going, dedicated and focused legal representation that is sensitive to their particular business’ needs.
While “Outside Counsel” from traditional law firms is excellent for managing contentious litigation, employing their services for daily operations oversight is prohibitively expensive and often lacks the necessary insight into the business’ needs and nuances of its operations. Traditional “in-house” legal departments are ideal for handling the day-to-day operations and legal needs for a company and in-house corporate counsel is able to understand the needs and operations of the company far better than traditional “outside” counsel. Establishing and maintaining an “in-house” legal department, however, can be a daunting task and, sometimes, too expensive for smaller companies to absorb.
Our Corporate Support Group (CSG) is unique in that we offer an alternative solution to traditional “in-house” legal departments.
