I am a Registered Professional Counsellor RPC, and have completed my Diploma in Integrated Counselling, Cognitive Therapy Professional Training and Emotional Focused Therapy training. I am also a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute in San Raphael, California, one of the two major coaching training organizations in North America and have completed training in Advanced Relationship Systems Coaching. I bring many of my life experiences to collaborating with others and a lifetime of education to support clients in their quest for personal growth, fulfillment, better relationships and purposeful lives. I have participated in Imago Therapy, Compassionate Communication (Non-Violent Communication), The John Gottman Love Lab workshops and is a Certified True Colour Facilitator. The one thing I know for sure is that my whole life has been leading me to counseling and coaching and helping others to fulfill their dreams and create the lives they want. I specialize in relationship counselling for individuals and couples who are struggling in their relationships and facing challenges, who want the support of a relationship counsellor to enhance their skills around solving issues, create positive change, crisis management and reclaim the intimacy that appears to have disappeared. A strong, loving, healthy relationship provides much more than companionship and support, it also encourages both partners to be their best as individuals. I want to help you transform "challenges into opportunities" and view conflict, either with yourself or others "as changes that are trying to happen".
