Self-hypnosis, guided imagery, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) are the modalities I utilize with my clients either in my office or via telephone or the Internet. I also teach self-hypnosis and EFT to my clients as part of the therapy.

I have been involved in alternative medicine practices for over twenty-seven years. I have helped countless people to overcome a wide range of challenges from simple headaches to severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I, myself, am a recovered anxiety & panic attack sufferer, and I strongly believe that "it takes one to help one."
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a fast, painless, drugless therapy that can relieve almost any challenge in the first session, if not within minutes. It is often referred to as a "one minute miracle." It is so effective that it has become my primary tool in helping people to eliminate emotional as well as physical challenges. It is truly a bonifide 'quick fix'.
EFT is extremely effective over the telephone (or Skype) and has become my primary means of helping others. I utilize a web cam to help facilitate the procedure, which is especially useful if you are unfamiliar with the tapping points and will dramatically reduce the time, and cost involved.
