Your inner mind is the key to making ANY lasting changes in your life. If you never change the way you see yourself or the world around you, any change you make will be little more than a mask to be removed when the party is over. You will revert right back to where you are right now and wonder why you failed again. Hypnosis addrsses this oversight in many behavioral change attempts, by helping you directly access and change the way your inner mind perceives everything arund it, ....including it's perception of you.
If you have never experienced hypnosis before or if you just want a little more information about the process we will begin our session by discussing the entire process.
In the first 10 minutes of our conversation you will learn more about hypnosis than many people are even aware of. You will learn thing like:
- What exactly is hypnosis?
- What hypnosis is not.
- What you can expect of becoming hypnotized.
- Once hypnotized, what results to expect.
- What are some of the benefits and uses of hypnosis.
- and more...
Then, if you have any, we will answer your remaining questions and address your concerns.
After we have gone over hypnosis, and you are comfortable with the process we will begin an in-depth question and answer session designed to get directly to the heart of the issue you want addressed. I will make no assumptions, no-one know you or what you want better than you do. This Q&A session is designed to discover:
- Exactly what you want to change.
- Exactly what you want your result to be.
- What is the real reason you desire that change.
- Why the old (undesired) condition or behavior is in place now.
- A difficult thing for many people (including some inexperienced hypnotists) to understand is that ALL behaviors and conditions that we have, we adopted for a reason. We adopted them for something benificial they provide for us. (example: Smokers often tell me they smoke to relax. Relaxation is a benifit that they recieve from smoking. Relaxation is a good thing, and therefore we need to address an alternative method for receiving that relaxation when we make the change to being a non-smoker)
- What the "REAL" benefit of the change is for you.
Then you have a choice:
- We can begin a hypnosis session right then via voice or voice/video and start you on your journey to a new and better you.
-or-
- I can record a personalized session just for you that you can either download to your computer and burn to a CD or I can burn it to a CD and send it to you.
-or-
- I can teach you how to properly record your own suggestions and have you send them to me, I will record the induction (the part that actually puts you into trance) then introduce you as your own best expert and add your suggestions, then I come back on and bring you out of trance. This, while time consuming and therefore more expensive, I have found to be the most effective of all hypnosis recordings. This option is not for everyone, it takes a special person to have the dedication to see this process through. Those that choose this option often find their results are way beyond their expectations.
