I am a former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, New York, as well as a former Assistant Prosecutor in the New York City office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor. After leaving public service I served as an Administrative Law Judge and also taught courses in criminal investigation at St Vincent's College in New York City. I have been practicing criminal law for over 30 years. I have tried to verdict over 200 cases with charges ranging from;Murder, Narcotic Sales, Rape, Robbery, Kidnapping and numerous "white collar crimes". I have been certified by New York State to handle "death penalty" cases. I have also authored a book entitled "How to Get Away With Murder In New York" which was publised in 2001.

I am a former Assistant District Attorney and deputy chief of the Major Offense Bureau for the Queens District Attorney. I am a Former Assistant to the New York City Special Narcotics Prosecutor. I am a former Adjunct Professor at St. Vincent's College, N.Y. I also served as an Administrative Law Judge for both the NYC Environmental Protection Agency and the New York City Taxi and Limousine commission. I have been in the private practice of law for over 30 years.
