Director of Social Services in a long term skilled nursing facility with 8+ yrs experience dealing with psychological issues in the elderly.I have concentrated by course of treatment and study with special attention paid toward dementia. I have experience working with individuals with various diffrent forms of dementia ranging from Alzheimer's disease and Multi-infarct dementia to Lewy-Body and Wernicke-Korsakoff. It is my goal to help individuals and their familys to cope with the changes and experiences that occur as a result of the disease process. In addition to my experience in Dementia I also have experience in end of life care and utilization of the MOLST form for advance directives.
