While working full time in corporate America I began investing in real estate at the early age of 21. By age 25, I had acquired $1.2 Million in RE holdings. In 2004, I experienced my first and last corporate layoff. By the end of 2004, I had became a full time real estate investor, buying, rehabbing, and flipping for profit. I did very well for a few years. I realized that I lacked the knowledge that would give my company the sustaining power for the unchartered waters that our nation were heading for. I chose to study advanced real estate strategies with Nouveau Riche University. Today, I am the President of Ford Estates Corporation which specializes in giving homeowners the real options when they are wanting to avoid foreclosure. I am also a highly sought after speaker on the following: short sales, subject-to, lease options, seller-financed notes, raising private capital, buy and hold, rehabbing, and wholesaling.
