Dietitian for the Bariatric program for the Department of Surgery for a major Medical Center in New York.
Nutrition Director for a pediatric weight loss program called Maximum Potential in New York.
Providing nutrition counseling for weight loss and maintenance for all ages groups; including but not limited to "how to and hands on" cooking and shopping classes for individuals, families and groups.
For more than 10 years of my career, I was the Director of Clinical Nutrition and Food Services for 3 large skilled nursing and sub-acute health care facilities in New York. The largest of which served 510 patients with various conditions and those with nutrition needs related to cancer, heart disease, stroke and dysphagia, wound healing, diabetes, kidney disease and dialysis, Alzheimer's, obesity, anorexia, tube feeding, etc...
