I have a BSW from University of Kentucky and an MEd in Counseling from University of Puget Sound and am a registered counselor in Washington, a certified school counselor and teacher, and a crisis line counselor for domestic abuse.

My therapeutic goal is to provide consultation, evaluation, and counseling services to individuals dealing with issues that effect their well-being. My counseling will generally be done within a brief intervention framework to maximize a client ‘s time and offer the most helpful therapy experience. Counseling sessions may include problem solving techniques, healthy decision making, and cognitive, behavioral, and spiritual strategies to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
