Graduated Culinary Arts program from the Seattle Art Institute in 1999. While I specialized in baking and pastry I have spent most of my time working high end banquets and shows. It constantly amazes me when people compliment some of the most simple recipes and displays. I've worked events from Seattle all the way down the West Coast to L.A. gleening knowledge from every source I can. Now I'd like to share that with you.
