As a life coach I guide my clients to achieve personal understanding, build confidence/self-esteem, find solutions, and move beyond unwanted behaviors and negative thinking. My purpose is to enlighten, inform, inspire, mentor, instruct, encourage ...
My goal is to help open the door to new possibilities. Together we discuss personal issues-life's successes and disappointments. I help to validate and then refocus each client's attention, so that the choices they make are in sync with their true intentions.
I work with all kinds of issues: performance anxiety, motivation, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, unwanted behaviors.
My goal is to guide people to be present in the moment, to be real and to live their life with ease. I work with people to accept all that they are; their unique gifts, their successes and their not-so-good qualities and disappointments. I guide my clients to feel inspired and to discover creative solutions so that they can CREATE A LIFE THAT FEELS GOOD.

10 years experience. I have a practice in Miami and also travel to NYC working with performing artists. Advanced Hypnotherapy, Release/Regression Hypnosis, Heart-Centered Hypnosis, NLP, Quantum Focus Coach, Transformation Meditation, Holistic Counselor. It's important to me to continually update my trainings in order to bring my clients professionalism.
