I've been a professional chef for over 8 years with experience in fine dining, high end catering, culinary instruction, and recipe tasting and development. In working under some of the Bay Area's premier Chefs, I have gained a diverse knowledge of various cuisines and culinary customs. I've opened restaurants, developed menus, been featured on television morning shows, and I know food from basic home cooking to impressing your guests. Currently I teach one on one and group culinary classes.
