I have got around 10+ years of experience and brings to the table a unique combination of working on almost all aspects of IT value chain. My experience ranges from being a Solution Architect specializing in SOA to working as a lead consultant for ‘Business – IT Alignment Strategic Consulting’ engagements to heading the Architecture and Compliance group to working as S&M head.
I am currently working as GM (Global Marketing) for an Indian IT SME ‘Praxis Softek Solutions’ and also play the role of Product Strategy and Marketing Head for ‘Realitycs’ Praxis offering on Retail BI space.
I am responsible for driving ‘Praxis Vision 2014’ along with the Senior Executive Management team, the objective of this project is to draw a “Growth Model” for Praxis which would enable it to become a global market leader in the Retail Business Intelligence space and covers aspects of Corporate Strategy, Sales & Marketing , Infrastructure and Capability planning et all.
Prior to this I was a Principal Consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers India and was leading the Enterprise Architecture & Compliance group. As a Technical architect he has been mainly responsible for offering technology solutions to various software implementations based on standard J2EE and Open source design frameworks in adherence with industry best practices. I have got significant experience in architecting solutions based on SoA paradigm whereby I have successfully lead major SoA enabled Portal implementations for a Indian Insurance and logistics major. I have got significant exposure in providing SoA vision and roadmap consulting to clients in terms of People, Process and Technology and am well versed in ‘CARTA’ which is the global PwC methodology for providing strategic SoA solution to the clients. I was also involved as a business analyst in a number of major software implementations and have got strong domain expertise in Finance, Insurance & logistics sector. I have got significant global implementation experience from projects successfully accomplished in UK, Netherlands & France.
