My Expert Service

I provide information to families with newly diagnosed food allergies. I work with them on reading labels, ways of informing family members about their food allergies, and day-to-day living with food allergies [grocery shopping, parties, school, camp, vacaions, etc.]. I also write up LTA [Life Threatening Allergy] policies and give ideas for implementing these policies.
Also provide workshops and training sessions schools, and community groups to educate staff about caring for children with life-threatening food allergies.
Also provide training workshops for restaurants to educate management, cooks, and waitstaff on serving guests with food allergies.

Experience & Qualifications

I have over 5 years of personal and professional experience with food allergies. Myself and my daughter have life-threatening food allergies. My son and I have environmental allergies [animals, dust, mold, animals, pollens, etc.]. I have worked closely over the past 3 years with our local allergist, having him review materials for me and he keeps me up to date with any new allergy information. He also is my go-to guy when I need more in-depth medical answers to questions that my clients have. I have done numerous presentations for local elementary schools, day care centers, camps, and I have implemented new food allergy policies at our local elementary school. I have over 12 years in customer service, human resource, and supervisor/management experience. I am now branching out on the internet in order to widen my customer base.
