I have successfully incorporated and obtained 501(c)(3) status for numerous not-for=profit organizations. For nineteen years I have served within nonprofits in various capacities including board member, steering committee member for a startup, program staff, Director of Operations, and Executive Director. I have conducted trainings for board members and other volunteers, managed volunteer recruitment programs and presided over major fundraising and recognition events. In addition to my undergraduate and legal training, I have formal coursework in nonprofit management and the fundamentals of human resource management, and I am PHR Certified.
