Have more than 25 years of solid Analysis, Design and development experience on new applications, as well as on maintaining existing software on Tandem Hardware. Have been involved in the development of many medium to large sized Applications on various Tandem/HP platforms e.g. TXP, Himalayas, S-series in (OLTP) environment, under the control of Tandem Pathway)Online distributed system using COBOL85 with TMF,
for context free Servers,and Pathsend requestors for process-to-process communications. The SCOBOL was used for screen based requestors for communication with DataBase context free Servers with embedded SQL tables and enscribe based relational DataBase files.Also fully
conversant with all Tandem environmental and development software & utilities as FUP,SCUP, TEDIT,INSPECT,TACL, ENFORM, SQLCI etc.,all under Guardian Operating Systems. In addition I am quite acquainted with the use of IBM Message Queues, to provide interface with IBM Applications i.e. to talk to applications residing on IBM systems, from applications on Tandem. Also used C with embedded SQL, and C++ on Tandem.
