My Expert Service

I can help you to achieve your financial goals by:
  • Explaining the importance of taking control of your situation
  • Reviewing your current finances
  • Setting realistic goals
  • Putting an action plan in place
  • Reviewing progress

During difficult times emotions such as fear and helplessness can get the better of us and it is difficult to take stock of the situation and work out a solution. Oftentimes it helps to have someone not directly involved work with you to put a plan in place. No matter how grim you may feel your circumstances are at the moment , there is a solution.

Here are the five basic steps:
Step 1.
Understand that YOU MUST take responsibility for where you are right now. It does not help your situation to feel a victim of your circumstances. By taking responsibility for where you are right now, you take your own power back. Try to view everything that happens in your life is a learning experience. Ask yourself what is this experience here to teach me?
If you are currently experiencing financial difficulty in paying your mortgage and bills you MUST speak to your creditors (the people you owe money to). All the cards need to be put on the table so you know exactly what you are dealing with.
Step 2.
Work out exactly where you are at - and by that I mean, what are you earning, how are you spending it, what are your commitments and so on.
Step 3.
Where do you want to be in specific terms. You might say I want to live comfortably. To one person that may mean not having to worry about paying my bills each week/fortnight/month while to another it may mean buy what I want, when I want - so you need to be specific.
Step 4.
Based on Steps 2 and 3 make a realistic plan and stick to it.
Step 5.
Review your progress. Putting a plan in place doesn't mean it can't be fine tuned as you go along, but you must follow intention with action to make a difference.

No more gripping fear to answer the phone.

Over the years, I have helped hundreds of people just like you. Let's work together to get your life back in balance.

Experience & Qualifications

I have 20+ years experience working as a Relationship Manager in the personal finance sector of a major bank and mentoring family, friends and colleagues. As a Relationship Manager I helped hundreds of my clients manage their finances and looked after all their banking needs. I have also run our own family business for 7 years and understand the challenges small businesses face. And I have a son, and have always managed the household finances and struggled at times to make ends meet. I am not in the business of judging, and am happy to share my knowledge and give my take on things to those who are interested. One thing you must understand, is that no-one, not even me can solve your problems for you. You must be willing to be engaged, look at your situation honestly however bleak it may appear to you at the moment, and be prepared to move forward. I can offer suggestions, help formulate plans, but at the end of the day the action part is up to you. After all, it's your life. Why not live it the best you can.
