My practice focuses on working with individuals who are looking to improve their lives. I use state of the art techniques that are non-invasive and long lasting and can be utilized effectively on the phone. I have experience working with issues related to relationships, self-esteem, increased insight into life issues. I encourage clients to utilize their personal spiritual view and I focus on individual, couple and familial strengths to enhance treatment outcome. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist which gives me increased insight into the Body-Mimd Connection.

My experience has been multifaceted since I received my Master's degree from Florida State University in 1993. I have worked in several in-patient settings. I also worked in the Canadian Alcohol and Drug System and then in private practice since 1997.
