I obtained my A+ Certification on September 19, 2001. I have never worked "officially" in the computer repair business, but my 22 years of experience would certainly qualify me to do so. Over the years I have helped many friends and relatives with their computer issues, and have recently worked on a volunteer basis at a large local government facility to help a family member, who is the IT Director there, to repair and upgrade a number of their machines that he simply didn't have the time to get to.
