Experience & Qualifications

I am an editorial assistant at a major publishing company, as well as a writer, with an MA in Literature from the University of Washington. I have a passion for reading and editing other people's work.
I've assisted some of the top editors in New York and received a Masters in literature, so I have an extremely developed critical and aesthetic eye. Much more than simple proofing, I offer a sharp, fresh set of eyes and I'm truly committed to helping you make the best out of what you've written.
My rates and turnaround:
For a novel approximately 250 pages: 20 pages (approx 5000 words) per hour at $30 dollars an hour (72-hour turnaround).
Longer articles and manuscripts are priced depending on their length. I'm also available for more in-depth novel feedback (chapter by chapter); I can edit for content, style, grammar, syntax and/or fluency--tell me what I can do for you!
I prefer to collaborate electronically, but I am also available for phone conferences. I have a PayPal account for simple transactions.
