• Client #2 – analyzed current business issues, created recommendations, execute an RFP process and negotiated a contract to replace the core banking system and outsource IT – 12 month project
• Client #3 – managed a global RFI process with a tight deadline. RFI was issued to 12 global providers to determine the current capabilities in the marketplace for a core insurance application – 2 month project
• Client #4 – responded to an RFP, negotiated a services contract and lead the project to migrate services, systems and data from an incumbent provider for the 10,000 person US sales force – 14 month project
