This has been a very poor experience for me. He delivered very little of the work I demanded and was demanding payment immediately. He has a limited capacity to understand requirements. He may be good for quick blocks of code. He is unfair with the amount of effort he puts into the task, not at all worth the service. I am left feeling cheated from this experience. So little work for such money and the annoying thing is I provided code for him to use. Its ridiculus. I simply let him know he clearly had not met the requirement and the next thing he is saying I changed the requirement. Not a genuine way of working. This guy has burnt me but I did not contest the invoice as I do not do things that way.
