My family comes from a long line of professional chefs. My grandfather has been a chef for the over fifty years, and my father has been a chef for the past twenty-five years.
They have owned two restaurants in Queens, NY, and now my father does catering on the side. I never knew how to cook, and then one day after trying different ideas off the top of my head, as well as remembering what my father and grandfather have taught me; I fell in love with cooking. I have so many wonderful recipes and great ideas for authentic Italian cooking, it would boggle you!!!
Baking is another one of my passions, and my recipes for all those delicious Italian cakes and pastries you see in bakeries are YUM!

I have been in a home where knowing how to cook is mandatory, especially if you come from a family of chefs; Italian chefs that is! I have been alongside my father during numerous catering events and private parties. Whether it'd be a small intimate gathering or a party of over 100 people, my knowledge for authentic, homemade Italian cooking is on point. (Northern and Southern)
I know hundreds of recipes and I am able to offer my opinion on what I feel would improve your dish or what I believe would make your meal even more mouth-watering. I graduated St. John's University and received my BA of Arts in Human Services.
