There are many books regarding dating, love lifes, divorce, and relationships....... but i beleive we need to start with the "me" first. We need to develop the "self" and who we are before we put so much emphasis on finding Mr. Right.
Books like the four agreements and the mastery of love (both by don miguel ruiz), the celestine prophecy and its companion guide (James redfield), and self matters are what we as people should be reading to improve the self, stop playing games, and learn to master the art of loving OUR SELVES and then other people.
We have been taught to use "quick" tricks to trap our loved ones with guilt, manipulation, control, and other ugly devises. If we truely love ourselves first and have done our work, then people will flock to us. Then we can choose the partner that is right for us. If we don't like the "me" then why should they...its best to start in your own house to draw the partner you desire.
REMEMBER, there are no short cuts in life. We create our own realities through hard work and positive beliefs!
