Thermocycler,High Pressure Liquid Chromatography,Spectophotometer,Lyophilizer.Gel Electrophoresis.Autoclave and many more.In techniques, i have good command in miucrobial culture preservation, identification of microbes, gene amplification through PCR, detection of gene, isolation of cultures by enrichment technique, enzyme assays, microbial degradation of pesticides, bioremediation,detection of antibiotic resistance in microbes through phenotypic and molecular methodes.
