I can speak before large groups and I am trained in behavior analysis and management, principals of adult learners, conflict resolution, and disabilities. I have studied statistics, human performance technology and instructional design for effectiveness. I have also received training in the use of planning documents such as; storyboards, logic models, backwards design models, flowcharts, outcomes and benchmarks. I authored handbooks and manuals for professional development and accreditation auditing standards and procedures. I apply logic models to study solutions and I use objectivity and creativity within given frameworks to solve problems. I have designed databases and processes including a prototype of a data tracking system that measures compliance to criteria shared between different departments for the purpose of quality improvement. I have exhibited abilities to think creatively by designing original business models, technology plans, new education programs and designed original software applications. My knowledge of technical competencies includes formal training in a variety of software applications as well as concepts and methods for evaluations. I can apply statistics and have training in the formation of standards, surveys and audits. I can establish program objectives for efficiency and develop software programs within a relational database to increase the accuracy of search patterns within data. I am proficient in Visual Basics, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, File Maker Pro, Word, MS Office, Excel, Quick Books, Power Point, Outlook, Lunix, SQL, and several other databases and software applications for remote computer operations.
