When I appeared on The Dr. Phil Show & Frontline, I spoke about how our relationships depend on how well our brain works. You change your life when you change your brain.

Online counseling is not appropriate for all kinds of problems.
If you have suicidal thoughts, it's important that you seek help
immediately. You are not alone.
If you are located in the US, call 1-800-784-2433 or

My Expert Service
|
|
Relationship and marital stress are symptoms of underlying problems in a relationship. Any good marriage requires both partners to be emotionally healthy (defined as honest, generous and behaving with integrity). These are skills that I can teach you to help you create a happy marriage.

In the 16 years I have been practicing, I have worked with countless couples who love each other, but can't seem to get along. They often feel there is too much good stuff to leave, but too much bad stuff to stay. I can help the two of you get unstuck. In order to manage this complex change, I believe you have to have a relationship vision, resources, tools and an action plan to make the changes which can save a marriage.
