I am able to quickly assess where a client has an obstacle which is preventing them from loving their job and provide solutions to immediately put into place. I give hands-on assistance with developing marketing-oriented resumes & cover letters, fine-tuning interviewing, networking, job generating, and follow-up skills.
I have hands-on experience hiring and firing employees within organizations and know what organizations want and how to give it to them. Additionally, I teach clients how to make themselves invaluable to companies so they do not find themselves facing a pink slip. I also help employees decide when it is time to move on and find a position they love.
