My experience includes: using DBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused and adlerian strategies to promote this change. In my experience, those who wish for change in their lives are profoundly ready for positive outcomes. I see myself as a the key holder to a gateway towards a new awareness. It is the work of the client to initiate the result, and I help them to be aware of their possibilities.
