I am an educator, author, and alternative health therapist. I hold part-time jobs as program director for one college and university and have taught at 4 area institutions of higher learning. My expertise ranges from massage, to nutrition to a broader range of wellness topics. I am passionate about education and teaching others how to be their healthiest. I am launching my own wellness center this Spring in the Kansas City area. It will feature a variety of practitioners to assist clients with a wholistic approach to their health needs and concerns.
