In 1994 I was promoted to mortgage loan officer and in 2002 I receieved a promotion to loan manager. In 2003 I attended an extensive three year management training program through the Credit Union National Association at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Additionally I have attended numerous seminars and workshops related to banking regulations, collections, customer service, and financial counseling. I am currently looking forward to completing a degree in Business Administration and plan on beginning a more intense training for financial counseling.
