My belief is expertise can only be achieved through experience. I have four children. Their ages range from eleven years old to a newborn. I have had all four of my children naturally. From the moment I became pregnant with my first child I knew I wanted to do everything within my power to bring my children into the world as safely as possible. That included no drugs while pregnant, during delivery, or while breastfeeding. And I continue to lead a more natural lifestyle to this day.
