I have a multi-layered approach and I utilize a variety of teaching styles to find the optimum learning style for each unique student. I have superior judgment to plan and accomplish goals and the ability to work effectively under pressure on a variety of tasks while meeting deadlines and changing priorities. I am an expert in the use of technology in education and online learning design. My strongest ability is to work in relationships involving interactions and communications in person, by phone, and in writing with a variety of individuals and/or groups of individuals from diverse backgrounds on a regular and on-going basis.
I am a regular volunteer for the local elementary school in my area and I also enjoy studying the Germanic Languages, especially Norwegian. I am high energy and have great organizational skills.
