Experience & Qualifications

I have been studying and coaching the fearless living principles and tools for the past 4 years. I have been a member of a 12 step group for the past 15 years a single mom for about 15 years and have been practicing Trancendental Meditation for the past 8 years. I also teach Spiritual Distincition Meditations to my clients.
