I have developed a 'Health Care Management System' which stores and maintain employee master data his family record and his medical information like his lab test and diseases or medicines issuances. This application is used to help Hr department of a company. When a company employee comes to checkup he is provided with suitable treatment or referred to any external hospital. There is list of panel hospital panel labs and name of panel dispenseries.Accoing to his condition company general physician send him to the other lab or Dr or hospital. If he is taking medicines from the company dispensary dispensary medicines item are maintained too and Employee's medicine cost is updated.
Also there are some reports to see if a employee is out of hi allocated budget or what was his health
Condition throughout the year. There are forms designed to avoid direct data entry in database. For every
Master data there are form for it to avoid any error.
PHP
I have an experience of developing a php website for advertisements purpose.
This is site for advertising properties to sell/buy/rent in the selected area. Users information is used to store and maintain using MySql.There are two kind of user one is registered who can post his properties information and the other one only can view his data.
