I love cooking and my family, friends and co-workers will agree that no matter what interesting dish I prepare for any functions they are always thrilled and excited and can't wait to try what ever it is that I have prepared for them. I love planning all types of events for special functions, whether they be large or small. I also enjoy gardening, in particular, vegetable and fruits and flowers. You should see my garden and what I have done with it this year. Martha Stewart can almost eat her heart out, because my husband and I did it ourselves.

Cooking of all types of foods, especially soul foods. I have many recipes that I could share, but would prefer to sell them for a nominal fee, or better yet, I have been trying to sell samples of my "Perfect Roast of Beef Rub" on the internet. No such luck yet. But I am certain that the day will come when the orders will be too many to fill by myself. I have approximately 100 4-oz. jars ready at the moment and ready for shipping at the price of $4.00. It contains all of the herbs and spices, and the instructions for preparing that Perfect Roast right out side at your next Bar-B-Que.
