This man was SOOOO helpful! Do not let his one bad rating get you down. He helped me with my computer troubles that I have had for years but never bothered to get fixed! I definitely will follow his step-by-step, easy to undeterstand instructions. When it comes to computers I can't even turn the thing on but this man helped me through it, he didnt leave until I had it all figured out.. I am so thank ful I decided to take a chance and talk to him! I am coming to him for now on for all my problems! I will definitely refer friends and family to this one. Please give this man a try!!
