• Configuring and creating Aliases, Zones etc. & monitoring SAN through SAN health reports on BROCADE Switches.
• Configuring & creating VSAN’s, Zone set, & Zoning using Alias or WWN Based zoning in the environment.
• Client interface management for capacity planning and daily reporting of monitored storage systems.
• Perform on-call duties and support the team 24/7 for any first level escalations.
• Manage problem tickets and change requests in accordance with the respective management process.
• Coordination with various vendors for all necessary escalations/resolutions. Regular RCA and documentation of problem description along with resolution summery for future references.
