Was Lead for Generic R & D in a 15 member team, lead a 3 member sub-team responsible for generic R & D in development of a Interactive Distance learning Framework capable of supporting thousands of users using streaming voice and video over dedicated broadband links, programming in VC++ (using COM) and server side Java.
