I ran a financial office for 3 yrs, we dealt with mortgages, Ins, Investments, Recruiting and developing people, and in the 3 yrs I was office manager, I increased sales +300%.
I did leave due to communication and creative difficulties with the owners, with the aspiration to return in the near future.
One of the hardest lessons I had to Learn:
"Life only gives us what we fight for"
During some tough times 3 yrs back I went through a moment in time when I just gave up, the world had it in for me, I was in hell, for things I was not responsible for. I did what most pple do, I gave up, sulked, cried and drank myself to sleep..........cut a long story short, 8 months later I realized something, every morning, the Sun still rose in the East and set in the West, Time NEVER stopped, and after all this time, the world had the odacity to keep on going.
As hard as times can be, no matter who is at fault, you have two choices, To Fight through the tough times, or give up like the majority.
