I have worked in several country clubs in CT, GA, and NY. I have done various catering jobs in corporate and personal settings in CT, NY, and GA. I worked as a bartender for country clubs in CT, and party clubs in GA. I was an assistant event coordinator for a golf club in CT which included planning of the event and the menu for the event. I was an assistant manager for a fast food reataurant in GA, and I have waitress at several VIP functions for famous names such as Puff Daddy, Bill Clinton, Bill Gates and Microsoft, and Jennifer Lopez just to name a few. I know many executive chefs in which I personally work close with as well.
