I spent 25 years in a large teaching hospital as Clinical Nutrition Managemer and had full responsibility for the Nutrition Department. I have worked with clients needing many types of nutritional therapies including diabetes, obesity, hyperlipidemia, renal failure, and hypertension. After my work in the hospital, I went into private practice and now consult for several adult assisted living facilities and a drug rehabilitation facility. In addition to that I teach nutrition courses for home care agencies, and do one on one nutritional counseling for individuals referred by their physicians. I am able to provide answers and help to most individuals requiring nutritional and special diet advice.
