Like a general practitioner, I can help with all aspects of nutrition, advising how to change eating habits and how to choose supplements to help boost your health.
My advice has a naturopathic slant, so it may include non-nutritional lifestyle improvements and herbal medicine.
I can also offer help on questions in the field of biology (if you're at school or university level), biochemistry, anatomy/physiology, pathophysiology... Any subject relating to the human body really!
I give very thorough and well-researched, clearly explained advice, and am happy to provide supporting studies for all I recommend :)
